Selection
Report: Placing The Right People Into The Right Jobs
DMS measures shortlist interview candidates to a job pattern customized
to your position requirements. The Selection Reports contains job
suitability scores, behavioral-based interview questions and a snapshot
of each of the shortlist candidates containing information on compensation
preference, importance of work, tolerance for risk, and comfort
with change.
After hiring,
DMS works with the manager on getting the new team member up to
speed quickly and using their potential. When you match people to
the right job you gain productivity and job-satisfaction; while
diminishing stress, and costly turnover.
Coaching
Report: Focuses on Development
Self knowledge
is a powerful starting point for development, especially when the
new awareness is focused on preparation for meeting future job challenges
and opportunities. DMS measures the coaching candidate to their
present or a future position. The Coaching Report identifies the
individual's traits in relationship to corporate objectives and
job requirements as well as information on what motivates them,
how they view their world and how to help them transition. An entire
section of the report focuses on tangible development recommendations.
DMS works with the coaching candidate and optionally their manager
or mentor to work out strategies and a work plan for acquiring the
earmarked talents and abilities.
Succession
Report: Strategic Deployment
Thinking of
an organization from the perspective of what it needs to survive
and thrive when the reigns are handed over, brings into question
all of the key roles and functions. “How to best deploy existing
personnel” and “what areas would benefit from competencies not currently
within the organization” are typically part of the consideration.
To meet this challenge, DMS works with the key decision maker to
look at questions of organizational structure and to scope the positions
impacted. Job pattern are then customized for the position requirements
and the comparison of existing personnel or new candidates to strategic
requirements can begin. The Succession Report identifies a job match
percentage for each position and provides content for succession
discussions. DMS further helps in the process by guiding the key
decision makers through the implication of certain decisions.
Team Report:
Enhance Teamwork and Team Potential
Turning a group
into a team takes some understanding of team dynamics, the ability
to structure the environment to foster the right types of behavior
and an appreciation of the contribution of each individual. To help
you in your endeavor to create or enhance teamwork, DMS proposes
foot-printing the current team culture and assessing each of the
members of the team. The Team Report contains data regarding the
team culture and a compilation of the team's information. Individual
results remain confidential. This is followed by a workshop focusing
on Performance Team concepts and experiencing the tools and techniques
to work better as a team.

Will Receive
1. Confidential
information. Who will receive what information is clearly set out
up front.
2. Depending on the Assessment option selected there may be a number
of reports. Generally an Individual Report is between 10 and 20
pages and a Team Report is five or more pages.
3. Consultation options vary. Group workshops, individual feedback
sessions, and individual coaching are possible support strategies.
